Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff rather abrupt, no friendly smiles. Make sure you breakfast early as we got the impression that once all the food is laid out that's it! It did not seem to be replaced and was thin on the ground by 9.30am. Staff couldn't wait to clear away. Although the breakfast room was crowded you could not sit in the empty lighter and brighter conservatory area next door.The selection and freshness of the breakfast was excellent. Coffee making facilities in room would have been nice and a bar/coffee shop downstairs would be good.Nothing special but very clean, excellent location and perfect for a short city break.

Top Tip:
Auscwitch and the Salt mines highly reccomended. The hotel has a map showing all the main sights around the main square and just beyond. Well worth a walk around to see these or take a city tour. Very modern glass Galleria complex nearby for those who like to shop and a loccal market just up the road.
