Our Review
The Wyspianski Hotel is a large modern purpose built property, with a brightly-coloured façade, surrounded by well-kept trees. The bright, spacious lobby has a reception desk right next to the entrance and an ample seating area. The 231 guestrooms are decorated in a contemporary style, with dark wood furnishings and fabrics in blues, blacks and deep reds.
Built in the 1960s, the Wyspianski Hotel has a light and airy feel, characteristic of the architecture of that time. The hotel was completely renovated in 2003 from a hostel to a comfortable 3 star. The Wyspianski is perfect for budget travellers who like the simplicity of a well-located base. The lobby is large with many windows and has a welcoming feel. There is a small tourist shop in this area as well as an array of seating. Wireless Internet can be accessed from the lobby. All the hotel's standard rooms for two people have two separate beds. Guests can browse for souvenirs and gifts in the shop, visit the hotel's small art gallery or play the tables at the casino, which is located within the hotel complex. The lobby bar offers a selection of liqueurs, including Polish specialities, while the restaurant serves a range of regional Polish specialities and international cuisine.
