Staff members are very helpful and welcoming.
Twin rooms tend to be on the small side.

Our Review

The Monopol Hotel boasts a fantastic location which acts as a good base for exploring. Many guests do state that rooms at the front of the hotel can get a little noisy with trams running directly outside. This hotel is a basic but clean and comfortable 3 star which offers good value for money and good service.

everybody was friendly. ... staff were friendly... staff gave a first class service and was very helpful in eveything asked...
