The Cracovia is a large hotel offering simple and comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Due to its size and all year round good value the hotel is also suitable for small to medium sized groups. A popular hotel always offering good value as a clean and comfortable central 3-star.

     staff were pleasant and helpful...             The staff on reception spoke good English and were very helpful...              took quite a while to get checked in...             The staff found it difficult to understand us ...             Staff spoke broken English ...             while not in any way rude, they were not the most welcoming, put this down to us being a big group....             some staff could have been more friendly...             hotel and staff were perfectvery helpful...             Helpful staff on reception when we were leaving, offered to book the taxi returning to the airport ...             Staff at reception were able to help with any requests ...
